Call of Juarez:Gunslinger lleva a la saga Call of Juarez de vuelta al lejano oeste tras The Cartel,que estaba ambientado en la actualidad.A diferencia de los anteriores Call of Juarez, Gunslinger solamente se distribuira de forma digital.

En esta entrega encarnaremos a un cazarrecompensas llamado Silas Greaves que debera detener a los bandidos mas famosos del Salvaje Oeste.Los tiroteos abundaran mas que la exploracion y las plataformas,aunque habra secretos que encontrar en los distintos niveles del juego

De momento se desconoce si el juego tendra modalidades online.
