We kindly recommend contacting the retailer directly to report the issue and request a replacement. The store should be able to review the matter and advise you on the available options, such as an exchange.
Please note that physical production and retail distribution are handled through retail and manufacturing partners, and we are unfortunately unable to process replacements directly.
