Currently, EYCA has Members organisations in the following countries: Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
In total, 41 EURO<26 / European Youth Card organisations issue cards in 38 countries.
- In Spain, the EYCA member is one organisation representing 19 autonomous regions, each of which has its own youth card organisation.
- The UK has four separate EYCA member organisations in England, Scotland, and Wales.
- Belgium has three member organisations: Flemish-speaking and German-speaking Belgium are full members, and French-speaking Belgium is an associate member since 2009.

Lo que si veo es que España es una organización que representa a las 19 CCAA, si piden ser miembro pues que lo sean las 19 CCAA o ninguna, es lógico que le denieguen la petición. No veo la polémica por ningún lado.
