Después de descubrir que el juego me petaba en PC por tener activo el vsync (igual que a Plague Tale Requiem), he podido retomarlo y rematarlo. Madre mía que absoluta locura de juego, casi 20h de pique constante, a encontrar todo, mejorar las armas, armadura etc, matar hasta el último bicho, superar todos los encuentros etc etc. Ultra frenético, el combate hacia el final es realmente espectacular. Técnicamente un pepinazo, el motor se mueve muy rápido y se vé muy bien. La música también es algo a destacar, muy molon el heavy metal. En resumidas cuentas, un juego que te engancha de esta manera, es de 10.

Vaya mania mas estupida la de atiborrar los juegos y mundos abiertos de secundarias, coleccionables y juegos de pesca. Y eso que el juego me parece bastante bueno. Soluciona algunos de los problemas mas sangrantes de Oddyssey, como el inventario a reventar de items o la trama insulsa, que ahora sigue siendo insulsa, pero al dividirse en otras menores al menos se hacen mas llevaderas. La ambientacion sigue siendo fabulosa y la iluminacion deja estampas de postal. 100 horas que no se me han hecho tan pesadas como las 60 que me duro Oddyssey es un buen indicador de la mejora que ha supuesto este Valhalla (Aunque aun asi, muy lejos de alcanzar a Origins). Esperemos que para el siguiente sea verdad que por fin vayan a realizar un juego mas compacto y dejarse de mundos abiertos con tropecientas actividades

Después de haberlo dejado arrimado durante bastantes meses, le he dado caña este finde y por fin lo he terminado. Los juegos de plataformas no me suelen encandilar como lo podría hacer un Elden Ring, pero podría decir que es el mejor Mario en 3D creado hasta la fecha. Aún así soy más de Marios 2D. Ahí sí soy más clasicista.

Volvemos a Racoon City por Hallowen, que siempre esta bien cumplir ciertas tradiciones, en esta ocasión con el remake de 2020 de RE3, tras el perfecto de RE2 que hizo Capcom hace unos años.

Como pasaba en los originales, esta tercera entrega respecto al RE2, apuesta más por la acción, en esa escalada que acabo con RE6 y lo que todos conocemos. Aquí sigue estando bien medida, el juego es muy disfrutable pero lo que más destacaría de el es el ritmo.

Es cierto que tiene menos mérito mantenerlo cuando el juego tiene, en mi caso, 7:30 de gameplay, pero aquí se mantiene en nivel todo el tiempo y eso no es fácil; no hay que subir a atalayas ni recoger el pan en el pueblo de al lado, y eso ya es mucho decir en estos tiempos.

El diseño de niveles esta muy bien cuidado y las diferentes versiones de su gameplay se alternan con acierto. Se disfruta mucho jugando, es convincente en lo que propone.

Gráficamente me parece un pepinazo, lo he jugado en Steam Deck, pero quise probar unos minutos en el sobremesa (3070) para verlo en ultra y me parece que es un juego top, de lo mejor que se puede jugar. Las físicas del pelo de Carlos aún me tienen flipando, los modelos en general y la iluminación son excelentes. Por mi se puede parar la industria aquí, no necesito mas.

Un juego corto puede ser desesperante y largo, como The Order 1886, o dejarte muy satisfecho, como este RE3. En mi caso no me importaría que los juegos ofreciesen este tipo de experiencia.

La primera vez que me pasé este juego fue en 2005, en mi flamante Gamecube, y se convirtió hasta hoy día en uno de los juegos que formar parte de mi top 10 de la vida.

Paradójicamente nunca me lo había vuelto a pasar, y con el anuncio del RE4 REMAKE he vuelto a él, esta vez en PC, más concretamente en Steam Deck y la experiencia ha sido maravillosa. El juego ha envejecido muy bien, es divertido a más no poder de principio a fín y me encanta que esté todo tan pasado de vueltas, de repente convirtieron Resident Evil en La Jungla de Cristal y les salió bien .

Ahora de regalo tengo el extra de Ada Wong, que no estaba en la versión de Gamecube y del cual no sabia ni que existía XD, así que nada, a seguir.

    Pongo Steam Deck, por ser la plataforma donde más tiempo lo he jugado, pero en realidad ha sido un popurri. Series S, PC, xbox cloud, y al final tras descubrir Moonlight, Switch Lite y Steam Deck.
    Una maravilla lo de Moonlight. Aunque mi PC ya tiene 5 añitos, todavía da la talla a 800p, y puede rendir mejor que la Deck, y jugarlo en portátil ha sido visualmente una experiencia increíble. Es innegable que el juego es bello, y hay que ser justos con Asobo.

    Es en la parte de gameplay donde sale peor parado.
    Demasiado largo, con las mismas mécanicas una y otra vez. Lento,y flojete de guión.
    No le ha sentado bien al juego en mi opinión doblar su duración.
    El combate también era demasiado tosco, y un poco frustante cuando empezaban a venir oleadas de enemigos en capítulos finales.

    El primero me gusto bastante más, y este lo esperaba con ganas, pero al final ha sido un juego que no recomendaría.Está bien, pero es un juego más. Su nota final para mi un 5 o 6. En caso de haber una tercera parte, ya no sé si lo jugaría. Seguro que no lo esperaría con las mismas expectativas que este.


@gabicrack Coincido contigo. Quizás no en la nota, le pondría algo más, pero sí en lo que comentas de la duración. Se me está haciendo tan largo que lo he dejado arrimado en el capítulo 11. Me cuesta horrores volver a él para pasármelo aunque lo terminaré haciendo.

Y eso que empezó sublime en gráficos, ambientación, doblado... Pensando que me lo iba a comer en 2 tardes... Pero se me atragantó. Creo que un juego de ese estilo no puede ser tan largo porque teniendo 3 cosas que hacer (sigilo o asesinato, puzzles y así todo el rato) se termina haciendo muy cansino. Por eso el primero me gustó tanto, tenía lo justo para no cansar.

Es raro que se diga que un juego debería ser más corto cuando siempre se pide más, pero hay juegos que están hecho para ser más cortos.

Sigo recuperando este año aventuras gráficas que tenía medio olvidadas, aunque en este caso una bastante más reciente que las anteriores. Eso sí, con el mismo espíritu y hasta los mismos creadores, Ron Gilbert y David Fox. Y se nota mucho, tal vez con TP Gilbert se acercó más a su escrito sobre lo que debe de hacer una aventura gráfica que nunca (al menos hasta el momento), porque hasta Monkey 2 tenía cuellos de botella que aquí casi desaparecen. Eso no quiere decir que sea mejor, porque no lo es, pero es muy buena, sobretodo por haber conseguido dar carisma a casi todos los personajes que habitan el pueblo, jugables o no.

THE MEDIUM: 5
Si lo llego a jugar el día de lanzamiento, sería un suspenso, porque la publicidad inicial como juego de terror heredero de Silent Hill es de traca. Ahora ya sabía un poco lo que esperar, una aventura narrativa cuyo único interés reside en la historia, y la verdad es que en eso no está nada mal. Narrativamente se echa un poco en falta que no refuerce el qué con el cómo, utilizando más y mejor las mecánicas del mundo dividido (que por cierto menudo abuso, la mitad de veces la pantalla está dividida sólo para demostrar que pueden) con puzles algo más ingeniosos y ambientales. Con todo, las partes narrativas generalmente no están mal, y tiene algunos trayectos geniales gracias a un muy buen diseño de arte, aunque otras veces no tanto. Lo que siempre es un desastre absoluto son las secciones donde el juego quiere ser más "videojuego" y acaba liándola parda. El sigilo, casi la única mecánica, sí que es un verdadero horror, tremendamente básico en su diseño que alguna vez se te complica en un segundo gracias a unos controles toscos a morir.

El juego mola, sobretodo la agilidad en los combates y en el desplazamiento en el aire (aunque no me ha convencido al estar pegado a los edificios o en el suelo). Pero los juegos de mundo abierto me cansan mucho, y este no ha sido una excepción. Al principio pensé que no sería para tanto (y sé que los hay peores) y que me sacaría el platino, pero al ver que tenía que repetir una y otra vez los mismos crimenes, los desafíos, etc al final he decidido cerrar la historia... y a pesar de eso he hecho el 95%.

Me ha sorprendido que el rendimiento sea tan bueno en PS4, me esperaba caídas de frames a saco. La historia predecible y con algunos cambios que no se los creía ni el tato (la mala que se vuelve buena de gratis). Los combates con los boses tampoco me han gustado, me han parecido muy genéricos y scripteados, y en general creo que han abusado bastante de los momentos oscuros tipo Arkham (espantapajaros...).

Me ha gustado que estuvieras desbloqueando cosas todo el rato, fueran trajes, habilidades o gadgets. Esto y el combate lo hace bastante disfrutable y no tan largo como otros del estilo, que se agradece.

Menudo vicio con The Ascent. La banda sonora, la ambientación y el entorno tan vivo que tiene (ojalá Cyberpunk 2077 hubiese tenido la mitad de esto), el combate... no le pongo más nota por algún bug molesto que otro y que la historia, sin ser mala, está fatal contada.

El DLC es corto pero entretenido.

Digimon Survive - 6

Visual novel que termina bastante de arrancar, aunque tiene buenos giros y cuando terminas todos los finales creo que la historia es satisfactoria. El combate es lento y bastante aburrido (menos mal que se puede subir la velocidad). Por el contrario, la banda sonora está bien pero peca de repetirse constantemente.

Le sobran horas de diálogo para poder puntuarlo mejor. Tiene muchísimas líneas de texto que no dicen absolutamente nada.

Grata sorpresa.
Plataformas "splatoon" en cuanto utilizar colores con diferentes propiedades. Al principio es muy fácil pero los 5 últimos niveles son una locura. Los check-points están bien colocados y es muy rejugable para conseguir todos los coleccionables y verte en una buena posición en el modo contrarreloj de la clasificación mundial.
La pena que se me crasheó 2 veces en switch.

Se hace durillo jugar al primer RE en pleno 2022, con esas mecánicas de apuntado, inventario ultra limitado, no poder intercambiar objetos etc etc. Pero tiene algo que engancha cosa mala y lo he pillado con gusto hasta terminarlo.

El Scorn me ha durado 3 sentadas, la verdad que el maldito juego es desagradable y visceral, es una experiencia bastante poco habitual, y merece la pena ser jugado. Los puzles del ppio me parecieron más complicados que los posteriores. Más llevadero con el último parche que le han puesto checkpoints intermedios, era un poco coñazo antes tener que repetir mucho si morías.

Me ha encantado. Un remake más que digno, sin perder la esencia del original. Podría pasar perfectamente por un videojuego de Tim Burton, no solo por su ambientación, si no por su banda sonora que parece también compuesta por Danny Elfman. Como gran fan de ambos artistas, no puedo más que maravillarme cada vez que juego, observando los detalles de la ambientación. Se nota que se ha hecho con cariño. No entiendo las malas críticas que se llevó en su día el juego, quizá le falle la cámara. No estamos hablando quizá de un triple A, pero desde luego es un muy buen juego.

Juego con claras inspiraciones de juegos de acción / terror psicológico como los primeros Resident Evil o Silent Hill. Su look retro pixelado le sienta de maravilla, tanto para la ambientación como la manera que tiene de explicar su extraña historia, la cual todavía no he terminado de comprender. Me gusta que en todo momento te estés pregundo qué está pasando, ya que eso hace que el juego te enganche, muy en la línea de Observation por ejemplo (aunque a nivel jugable sean muy diferentes). Al igual que en los clásicos Resident Evil, el juego hace uso de un número limitado de slots en nuestro inventario aunque en ocasiones quizá se hace demasiado escaso este espacio, haciendo que continuamente tengamos que acudir en busca de baúles para guardar items. Esto frena un poco el ritmo del juego. Además, la poca variedad de enemigos hace que los enfrentamiento se vuelvan repetitivos y el hecho de que muchos de estos enemigos revivan y que la munición escasee llega un momento que sale más a cuenta esquivarlos que enfrentarse a ellos. Para mí estos dos handicaps (limitado número de espacio en el inventario y el tema de los enemigos) le restan bastantes puntos al juego y a su ritmo. Donde Signalis destaca de manera soberbia es en los ingeniosos puzles que nos encontraremos, al estilo Resident Evil, haciendo que tengamos que memorizar habitaciones y recorridos para encontrar ciertos objetos y hacer backtracking. A medida que avancemos los puzles se vuelven mucho más difíciles, haciendo que incluso me haya atascado alguna vez y haya tenido que ojear por internet en busca de alguna pista. Pese a todo ha sido una grata sorpresa, ya que de no estar en Game Pass dudo que le hubiera echado el anzuelo.

Una mezcla curiosa entre una aventura gráfica, Kentucky Route Zero y Disco Elysium, aunque con incluso menos espacio para la esperanza que estos dos. Tal vez le falta un poco más de puzzles para ser lo primero, aquí lo narrativo tiene toda la atención, y funciona de lujo. He disfrutado mucho del juego, de su historia, de su pixel gordísimo pero con mucha intención y las dinámicas entre los personajes.
Poco más que decir, un juego personalísimo, la verdad.

Muy sorprendido con este Mafia. Es como coger un GTA y condensarlo en las misiones mas interesantes. La trama me ha parecido que esta muy bien contada (algo fuera de lo comun en el mundo de los videojuegos) y casi te sientes que estas dentro de una pelicula. La ambientacion y el doblaje tambien ayudan muchisimo. La jugabilidad quiza sea lo mas basico, pero funciona y es entretenida. Incluso me ha convencido para platinarlo

    Con esto del cacharreo con la Deck, y aprovechando que tengo suscripción activa, me he pasado por fin el DLC del TLOU que aún tenía pendiente. A pesar de haber jugado el juego dos veces y haber jugado el segundo.

    Muy corto, y muy cinemático. Pero transmite 100% lo que es last of us.

    Lo he jugado tanto en versión a través del navegador web, como con la aplicación de psplus instalada en modo compatibilidad con Proton. Aún tiene mucho que mejorar para una experiencia perfecta. Píxeles gordos y algo de latencia, aún así, muy disfrutable.

    Viendo la dificultad de emular ps3 en la Deck, quizás le de un tiento a los Ratchet de ps3, que han de ser una gozada jugar en la Deck. Y la trilogia original de GOW también la ha empezado.

Mucho más de lo que esperaba es como puedo definir Cyberpunk ya que iba con unas expectativas bajas (con intención de probar sólo su estado actual) y he terminado con una partida de casi 90 horas con todas las secundarías acabadas.

Destacaría como puntos fuertes la historia (sin ser esta lo mejor)y los personajes y las conversaciones que mantenemos. La ciudad es tremendamente densa con varias alturas, muchos lugares a los que entrar y me ha encantado. En lo jugable el mayor punto fuerte sería la personalización de V con el Cyberware, hay mejoras como el salto doble, el cable, hackeos, ralentización de tiempo e invisibilidad que hacen que jugar sea muy divertido y dinámico.

En su contra hay algunas cosas que no parece que tengan solución con parches y la principal es una IA nefasta que me ha recordado a los primeros juegos de PS3 o de PS2. El sigilo está roto, la manera de comportarse cuando entran en modo ataque es igualmente terrible y las primeras horas sin Cyberware que dinamice la jugabilidad se hacen duras.

A nivel de bugs apenas he encontrado jugando en PC. Sobre todo cosas tontas como atravesar un vehículo y algún peatón flotante. Los peores bugs por anticlimaticos han sido momentos en los que se me han activado dos conversaciones a la vez, por suerte sólo me ha ocurrido en dos ocasiones.

En resumen, un buen juego en lo que se refiere a historia y ambientación, con una jugabilidad divertida pero empañada esta por una IA nefasta y unas misiones mejorables que no aprovechan todo el potencial del juego. Sinceramente pienso que el poso es bueno para hacer una segunda parte de sobresaliente.

Llevaba sin jugar a un pokemon tradicional desde el Oro/Plata y no se ha salido del standar de entonces a mecanicas, muchos mas pokemons , visualemente mejor (como es obvio) y poco mas , tras los creditos bien tiene bastante post game al tener que conseguir todos los pokemons y poco mas que haya visto, entretenido me ha gustado despues de tanto tiempo
