Comparativa de juegos de Mega Drive incluidos en los distintos recopilatorios y en Mega Drive Mini
Sega ha ido lanzando una sucesión de discos recopilatorios de los juegos de la videoconsola Mega Drive a lo largo de los años para distintas plataformas:
- Sega Mega Drive Collection (PS2 y PSP, 2007)
- Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection (PS3 y Xbox 360, 2009)
- Sega Mega Drive Classics (PS4, XBox One y Switch, 2018)
Además, en Octubre de 2019 se produce el lanzamiento de la mini consola Sega Mega Drive Mini, una réplica en miniatura de la Mega Drive con 42 roms almacenadas en una memoria flash interna que son ejecutados vía emulación. Por supuesto los juegos de los discos recopilatorios antes mencionados también se ejecutan por emulación en su respectivo hardware.
