Me vi la peli el otro dia después de 30 años y no pude evitar irme corriendo a jugarme y pasarme el juego oficial de la peli.

Esta bastante bien la verdad, y no se hace pesado porque alterna fases con los Power Rangers y fases con los Zords, muy entretenido.

Es un intento de Inside versión Bambi, inspirándose claramente en el título del estudio Playdead ofreciendo una aventura 2.5D donde la ambientación es clave. Se queda numerosos peldaños por debajo de Inside, en parte porque la ambientación de Deer & Boy pese a que es atractiva, no logra causar el mismo enigma y misterio que evoca Inside. El principal problema de Deer & Boy son sus puzles, en su mayoría son muy repetitivos; se basan en mover ciertos objetos para alcanzar lugares inalcanzables o usar a nuestro fiel compañero durante la aventura (el ciervo con poderes mágicos) para apuntarle hacia algún objeto con el cual puede interactuar ayudando a progresar. Los puzles son básicos y lo peor de todo repetitivos. Usar a "Bambi" 4 veces seguidas para ahuyentar materia enemiga (pulsación prolongada de un botón) se vuelve algo cansino cuando ya hemos usado dicha habilidad 5 veces seguidas en la fase previa. Lo único que me cogió por sorpresa del juego es que hacia su final cambia el estilo de juego (no haré spoiler) dando un enfoque completamente diferente pero vuelve a caer en los mismos errores de situaciones y puzles repetitivos que pecan de originalidad.

Se hace entretenido de ver, se pasa en un suspiro (2-3h) y a los amantes de los plataformas en 2D donde la ambientación juega un papel vital es probable que les agrade. Decente sin más pero totalmente prescindible.

Película interactiva de animación que me ha gustado más de lo que esperaba a pesar de las buenas críticas. Historia bien escrita desde la primera escena de acción que sabe como atraparte con unas cuántas tomas de decisiones y quick events que dan una impresión de que tenemos más poder del que realmente tenemos. Sin embargo, no impide que nos metamos en el papel del prota y podamos interpretar a un héroe sin poderes que se ve reducido a un oficinista. La jugabilidad de gestión de los héroes patrullando la ciudad es básica pero atrapante. Destacar el apartado actoral con voces reconocibles y carismáticas. Un imperdible de 2025.

No hay mucho que decir. Monkey Island (1 y 2) es el hogar al que vuelvo cada pocos años aunque sepa que no tiene nada nuevo que ofrecerme. Me se todos los puzzles de memoria (bueno, esta vez llevaba tiempo y hasta me ataque un poco en el tramo final), lo juego más como el que ve una película que como el que juega a un juego... y aún así no creo que deje de hacerlo nunca. Siempre es un viaje encantador.

Halo: Campaign Evolved (Xbox Series S/X) 9,0

Juegazo histórico que ya no sorprende como en su día pero mantiene el tipo con este rehecho.

Las tres misiones que sirven como precuela no me han vuelto loco pero amplía el título a 13 misiones en total. Además las nuevas cinemáticas explican mucho mejor la historia.

Me ha molado que metieran armas y enemigos del Halo 2 y Reach como la espada de luz, el subfusil, los Brute y sus armas, etc...

En su día le di el 10 pero aunque sigue siendo un juegazo y está hecho de cero, no es lo mismo. De todas formas sigue siendo un juego sobresaliente.

Espero que rehagan el 2 solo para que exista con un doblaje español de España y no el "neutro" que nos colaron en su día

Empecé a jugar a la trilogía cuando ya estaban publicados los 3 juegos, pensando que se trataría prácticamente del mismo juego pero ampliando en cada entrega la historia, y sin embargo, cada juego me ha dejado un poso totalmente diferente. El de 2013 lo recuerdo muy divertido, y que, sin ser fan de la saga, se disfrutaba enormemente gracias al reinicio del personaje. El Rise sin embargo se me hizo tosco en su control y pesado con tanto combate y tanto coleccionable, y este último me ha dejado un sabor de boca buenísimo, minimizando la acción y maximizando la exploración.

Al final la historia es lo de menos, porque la exploración hace que pierdas el hilo. Que los personajes sean más planos que una mesa tampoco ayuda, de forma que te importa bien poco lo que les pase. Y es que sin duda la exploración es lo mejor del juego, especialmente las tumbas que son sencillamente magníficas, basadas en la resolución de puzles no especialmente complejos, mucho plataformeo que a veces es algo injusto por impreciso, y todo acompañado de un diseño artístico apabullante. Destacar también todas las tumbas incluidas en los DLCs, que considero imprescindibles.

Sigue pecando de una cantidad excesiva de coleccionables, además que te los vas encontrando descontextualizados del lugar donde están. Y otro problema que le veo es el crafteo, la variedad de armas y la evolución del personaje, no teniendo en ninguno de los 3 casos sensación de progreso. Pero en líneas generales se trata de un broche final muy bueno para este reinicio de la saga, que te deja un poso fantástico y que a pesar de que dura sus buenas 40h, merecen la pena prácticamente de principio a fin.

Que sea agosto el mes en el que me paso el primer juego del año… [+risas]

Y no es porque haya jugado poco, este juego con un solo DLC, me ha llevado 200 horas. El juego me ha parecido excesivamente largo, y se me ha hecho pesado por momentos pero debo decir que es entretenido, aunque abuse de ser repetitivo. En la línea ciertamente prefiero el Odyssey, se me hizo menos pesado y realmente también la mitología griega me atrae más. Buen juego, pero excesivamente largo.

Por fin me consigo pasar el juego. Me lo compré en su día y jamás pude pasármelo, al no saber cómo esquivar cierto ataque al final. Hoy cae.

Las mismas sensaciones que me causó en su día, juego "meh" que brilló más por desmerecimiento del catálogo de la consola que por méritos propios. Las mazmorras y los puzzles son muy sosas, salvo en el primer mundo, pero de ahí va cuesta abajo sin remontar. El mundo, los gráficos, animaciones y música, eso sí, están a un altísimo nivel.

Wario land fue uno de los pocos cartuchos que tenía en la GameBoy de pequeño y lo que lo pude quemar...En su día, era magia negra ver las animaciones de Wario con sus 3 distintos poderes y aún es vistoso el condenado. Que Nintendo deje en el cajón al malo de Wario debería ser penado por el Tribunal de Derechos Humanos.

Aventura grafica sencillita y corta. A nivel de mecanicas no tiene mucho misterio, ya que se aleja bastante de del ensayo y error. Nos movemos por pantallas estaticas en primera persona, haciendo uso del raton y clicando en las flechas para movernos, o en los iconos que hay por el escenario para interactuar con ellos; para usar objetos, simplemente tendremos que hacer clic derecho, tocar el objeto y usarlo sobre donde podamos (normalmente cambia el icono de unas ruedras de engranaje al del propio objeto cuando es posible hacerlo); a esto hay que añadir que apenas hay personajes con los que hablar (3), y que los dialogos, ademas de ser muy limitados, se centran en darte algun tipo de "pista" o informacion sobre los objetos que lleves encima.

Como digo, todo es muy limitado, ya que ni el movimiento es libre ni el uso de los objetos, lo que provoca que todo sea muy sencillo , que el juego apenas suponga un desafio, y que ademas sea bastante corto (2-4h maximo diria yo).

Es uno de esos juegos que siempre tuve pendiente y que me fascinaba cuando de chaval veia videos o fotos en las revistas. Me pasa con los juegos tipo FMV y demas, como la aventura grafica que salio de Expediente X, tienen un no se que, que me llama la atencion pese a que normalmente son juegos que fueron bastante mediocres y que no destacaban (y ahora aun menos) en practicamente nada. A destacar que los dialogos estan narrados al completo, que son mediante escenas grabadas y que esta en completo castellano.

Me pondre con la segunda parte, el ultimo santuario, y despues con el tercero de la trilogia (la senda del dragon).

Como curiosidad y para aquellos que les interese, la trilogia esta ahora mismo esta en GoG a 1.59€ de oferta (es un juego que suele estar de oferta, porque en mi caso lo compre hace ya años y tambien lo estaba), y sus dos primeras partes salieron en Playstation, mientras que la tercera no lo hizo porque salio muchos años despues (el primero data del 99, el segundo de 2001 y el tercero de 2008) en 2008. Ademas de eso, si bien salio en PC de forma integra, uno o dos años despues se relanzo en dispositivos moviles en formato episodido (3) y de manera recortada (menos dialogos, menos puzzles y con una interfaz simplificada) , y una vez finalizado, se lanzo esta version que es la que esta en Steam, mientras que la de GoG es la original sin recorte alguno.

CRONOS. THE NEW DAWN - 6,5
Cronos es un buen videojuego que podía haber sido excelente con un poco más de ambición narrativa, por que el lore que planta, muy hard scy-fy, se va diluyendo poco a poco en un guión bastante justito que, sin llegar a decir que lo deje de lado, lo desaprovecha de manera consciente ante la dificultad que supondría a sus creadores dar respuestas a todas las preguntas que plantea, guiando la historia hacia otros derroteros más personales, más sencillos, mucho más manejables. Y ojo, que muchas grandes obras de terror y ciencia ficción han tenido tramas muy de personajes, el problema es que Cronos nunca parece tener interés en que esos personajes te importen realmente.

Por que, si quitamos ese asunto, Cronos es en realidad un Survival Horror (más survival que horror, en realidad) nunca brillante pero siempre solvente. Bebiendo de los más grandes del género (la influencia más evidente es la de Dead Space, pero también toma cosas de Resident Evil e incluso alguna de Silent Hill, aparte de referentes de otros medios como Giger o Cronemberg aquí y allá, sobretodo en lo puramente visual) sin pretender igualarlos para crear su propia cosa. Una, por cierto, siempre bastante dura pero casi nunca injusta, hay que decir (buena parte de la dificultad viene de una gestión del inventario que apenas se relaja en toda la aventura).

Con un diseño artístico no especialemnte original pero tan contundente como su combate y un diseño de niveles casi siempre meritorio cuando entramos en las diferentes mazmorras, si algo le quita muchos puntos, aparte de lo mencionado del guión, es lo que sucede fuera de ellas, los tramos entre una y la siguiente se ven cada vez más molestos por la necesidad del juego de introducir gimmicks que no aportan absolutamente nada (básicamente 3 nuevas "mecánicas" que evitaré desvelar por si alguien quiere descubrirlas por sí mismo), sin que ninguno suponga un verdadero puzzle, algo de lo que el juego en general adolece por completo, solo un trámite para generar la ilusión de una variedad que nunca fue necesaria en primer lugar.

Tampoco ayuda, en la parte del debe más asociada al puro combate, la representación visual de los enemigos, todos con el mismo patrón (recordando lo peor de Resident Evil 7, por ejemplo), que aunque tenga una base argumental, al final hace que parezca que tiene menos variedad de los mismos de la que ofrece por puro aburrimiento visual. Tampoco los jefes, aunque cumplan, son particularmente memorables, con los combates más orientado (salvo uno) a la mera resistencia que a descubrir patrones (y si los hay, son bastante básicos.

- Darwin´s Paradox (i9 9940X + RTX3080): 8,5. Me ha molado el diseño de niveles y lo simpático del planteamiento a pesar de la elevada dificultad. Creo que es un juego que se disfruta y que además entra por lo ojos.

El reboot de la franquicia Wolfenstein se adapta a los shooters modernos y al igual que con el reboot de Doom 2016, este juego traído de la mano de MachineGames se siente ágil y divertido a los mandos. ¡Aniquilar nazis nunca había resultado tan satisfactorio!

Nos ponemos en la piel de B.J. Blazkowicz, quien tras acabar en coma por un largo letargo a causa de unos acontecimientos, al despertar jura venganza y terminar con todo nazi que se le ponga por delante. La historia está bien hilada, te hace encariñarte de su protagonista y aliados que se unirán a él a lo largo de la aventura. Ayuda a empatizar en esta epopeya con la banda sonora de Mick Gordon (compositor también de Doom 2016 y Doom Eternal). No alcanza la epicidad del doomslayer, pero cada pieza encaja perfectamente con la escena. El gameplay de The New Order la mayoría de veces es frenético, con emboscadas enemigas que nos obligan a mantenernos en movimiento y cubrirnos cuando el fuego enemigo es excesivo. A diferencia de Doom, Wolfenstein es más táctico y te pide ser precabido, ya que ir a saco es sinónimo de game over. Ayuda la variedad de misiones de las que formaremos parte, con partes de sigilo, infiltración o de ir a saco. La jugabilidad es fresca y pese a que me ha llevado cerca de 24h completar todas las misiones, nunca me ha resultado cansino.

Por pedirle; igual mayor variedad de enemigos que exijan afrontarlos de diferentes maneras, ya que la mayoría de veces siempre nos enfrentaremos a los mismos soldados una y otra vez. Todas las armas sientan de lujo, importante en un shooter donde el 90% del rato estaremos disparando. Si lo comparo con Doom he de decir que prefiero Doom; me parece más divertido y frenético, su gameplay encaja más con mi estilo de juego. Wolfenstein: The New Order es entretenido de principio a fin, acabar y acuchillar a nazis por la espalda no pasa de moda.

Añado a la lista este juego aunque realmente le podria dar muchisimas mas horas. De todas maneras he terminado el modo historia y me doy por bastante satisfecho

En su dia le di bastante al 1ro y no tanto al 2. El 3 ya no lo compré directamente pero simpre ha sido una jugabilidad que me ha gustado mucho

Al ser mas enfocado al offline me llamo bastante la atención este titulo y la verdad que me ha gustado bastante

He ido de menos a mas, ya que al principio era demasiado basico. La gracia es cuando se complican las cosas y tienes que rejugar para subir de nivel, consguir mas armas etc. Incluso tiene varias capas mas de mejorar ciertos objetos pero es algo que me da bastante pereza.

En total me ha durado unas 14 horas aprox.

Ya de por sí el título original me gustó una barbaridad y sabía que esta nueva versión no me iba a decepcionar, en general sigo pensando que es uno de los mejores assassins, cuando lo he jugado estas semanas me ha recordado a la epoca de xbox360 y ps3, un juego muy divertido.

Lo mas llamativo es el tremendo acabado visual que le han dado, en esto ubisoft lo hace muy bien y recrea unos escenarios que son maravillosos, luego el gameplay y el combate pues nada del otro mundo, esta correcto sin más y sinceramente tampoco le pido mucho más.

Es cierto que sufre de los problemas de siempre con ubisoft, demasiada iconitis por el mapa pero bueno esto es algo que si quieres lo haces o no. Veremos a ver que hace ahora ubisoft con esta saga y a ver si es verdad que el próximo será ambientado en la época de brujas.

Hacía tiempo que tenía ganas de probar esta saga y aunque mi primera idea era el Three Houses, la opción de no pagar 60€ para probar una saga que no sabía si sería para mí me hizo mirar de reojo mi vieja 3DS. Fue una suerte, por que Awakening resultó ser una vía de entrada muy amigable a la saga para alguien que no es un experto en RPG tácticos (creo que sólo había jugado Triangle Strategy).

La verdad es que pese a terminar con un sabor de boca un poquito amargo por un último nivel bastante menos inspirado que el grueso de los que le preceden y que además en mi caso, si bien no me llevó muchos intentos, sí dependió en exceso de la aleatoriedad (en parte, estoy seguro, por que no había farmeado ni llevaba la mejor build), tengo que reconocer que disfruté mucho el camino.

En lo jugable, que es el núcleo de la experiencia, este Fire Emblem es casi la definición de "easy to learn, hard to master" (lo que siempre me parece una señal de diseño inteligente y trabajado). Ofrece una variedad de opciones y permite variedad de estrategias sin exigir que domines todas ellas, y el sistema de uniones en combate refuerza los vínculos narrativos entre personajes casi como un Persona ultrasimplificado (ojo, solo en ese aspecto).

Narrativamente, eso sí, ni es mucho ni lo busca. Una historia bastante típica de bien absoluto VS mal absoluto, con muchos giros interesantes aunque bastante predecibles, mucho poder de la amistad y algunos agujeros que son, por otro lado, fáciles de ignorar. No es una historia que recordarás, pero sí una que acompaña al nucleo jugable de manera muy digna.

Volveré a la saga en algún momento con toda seguridad.
