Hace unos minutos me llega un paquete, un par de Blu Ray y la trilogia de Matrix, en el mismo formato.
Estaba marcada con audio en Castellano, pero cual es mi sorpresa que al recibirlo compruebo que es español latino.
Pues nada, abro un chat con un asistente de Amazon UK para comentárselo y le expongo el caso. Y sin mas preguntas, me dice que devolverlo saldrá caro,
asi que me hace la devolucion del dinero y me dice que por favor, me quede con el producto.Os dejo una transcripción del caso:
