A pesar de haber instalado Linux hace dos meses, aún no había probado ningún programa de grabación. Por lo que leí K3B era bastante bueno, así que ayer me puse manos a la obra.
El resultado ha sido desperdiciar 4 DVDs Verbatim
He probado también con el programa que viene por defecto con Ubuntu (Nautilus?) y con el Nero, y el resultado ha sido siempre el mismo:

EDIT:
He dado con la solucion, y fue más sencillo de lo que pensaba. Tenía la grabadora como Master Primario y el HDD como Master Secundario. Fue cambiar los conectores y listo!
