YA LOA SOLUCIONE, Cree otra cuenta de email en HOTMAIL y desde el XBOX 360 Creee otro GAMETAG y se soluciono ya me dejo descargar la Actualizacion

Buenas tengo Un video de los G.I.Joe a 720P la cosa es q cuando le doy a reproducir me dice q me tengo q conectara el Live para bajar una actualizacion pero cuando toy registrandome exactamente despues de poner el GAMETAG q va a descargar me dice q el servicio No esta disponible temporalmente y me dice q es un error 80154013 q hago ???? Vivo en panama pero No sale esa region y en le Live toy registrado en mexico asiq puse la region de la consola en Mexico para ver pero nada pasa igual ??? como hago ???
