Hola buenas,feliz año nuevo y todo eso.
Resulta que el 30 de Noviembre compre un par de cosas a un vendedor de Ebay.
Una Chaqueta y una camiseta.
El caso es que al ver que no llegan logicamente puse mi disputa en paypal.
A lo que siguio reclamacion.
Y me llega el mensaje de si estoy loco poniendo reclamaciones,que es que uno de su staff por error ha enviado el paquete a Estados Unidos y que esta de vuelta.
A lo que digo: A buenas horas me lo dices!
El caso es el siguiente.
Yo lo esperaba para la primera o segunda semana de Diciembre para regaloo y ha llegado hoy tarde y mal.
Le digo de devolverme el dinero de los gastos de envio por que ya el paquete no me sirve de nada,y por que el error ha sido suyo,no mioyo he cumplido pagando a tiempo.
Esto es lo que me responde:
we clearly state 7 days maximum to pay from 1st purchase,we always combine postal costs within that time
you did not buy all within clearly stated 7 days
a mistake was made by a new member of staff who picked up 2 orders and packed together to a customer in america
i paid 35 euro to get your shirts back from him
so i have lost a lot of money on your orders
i sent them the same day they were returned to me
our auctions run 365 days a year.unless a customer tells me they are a xmas gift i cannot possibly know
you left bad feedback which was unwarranted as you received the correct item and told lies to everyone on ebay
i cannot trust liars nor do i have time for them
once again you try to cause my business trouble
i WILL NOT have it
nor you as a customer
my ebay account manager will be shown all communication from both me to you and you to me and any bad feedback will be removed!
Otra perla:
i send the items i combined shipping on those items and you have received those items
had you been cordial with me i may have been more helpful but you were rude and lied on feedback
i have given the member of staff a warning about their future conduct but that is my business to deal with not yours to tell me
Esta muy bien que se equivoque y lo vuelva a mandar,pero tenemos aqui dos puntos,no me ha avisado hasta que no ha visto las orejas al lobo y me quiere tratar de mentiroso con algoque es evidente que ha echo fatalmal.
Ademas de querer hacerme creer de que el puede autoretirarse los votos negativos de las cosas malas que ocurren.
Eso no sepuede hacer verdad?
