Hola, hace cosa de 6 semanas que adquirí un ordenador totalmente nuevo comprado por piezas. Toda iba bien hasta este sábado. Tranquilamente dejé el ordenador encendido con el emule y al rato escuché un pitido, encendí la pantalla y me encontré un mensaje de Windows en el que se me indicaba que el ordenador había sido bloqueado, que introdugese la contraseña. Acto seguido me encontré un mensaje de no se que librería y un archivo .dll (creo recordar). No le dí más importancia hasta esta tarde. Igual que aquel día dejé el ordenador encendido hasta que me dii por ver como iba y me encontré que no me dejaba abrir ningún programa (auqnue este estuviese en funcionamiento antes del cuelgue). En el menaje de error ponía algo así como: "No tiene acceso al administrativo. Puede que no tenga permitido el acceso."
Decir que tengo instalados el Antivir. Zone Alarm y Spybot. Por
cierto, he decidido pasarle el CCleaner 1.39, pero no se exactamente que función realiza dicho programa. Por último comentar que soy bastante inepto en lo referido a ordenadores.
