Oculus muestra los PCs certificados para la VR.

Desde Oculus se muestran las primeras PCs certificadas por la empresa para que funcione de manera correcta su hardware VR Oculus Rift. Las PCs son de diferentes marcas, pero todas cuentan con un recio especial por introduccion de USD$1499 dolares. Cualquier modelo cuenta con el Oculus Rift, el sensor remoto, el control Xbox One y una copia de Lucky’s Tale y Eve: Valkyrie Founder’s Pack.

Today we’re excited to introduce the first Oculus Ready PCs from ASUS, Alienware, and Dell! These PCs have been battle tested and certified by Oculus to deliver an incredible Rift experience. We’re also thrilled to announce that starting February 16 at 8am Pacific Time, you can pre-order Oculus Ready PC and Rift bundles from Best Buy, Amazon, and the Microsoft Store, starting at $1499 USD for a limited time only.

Mismos ingenieros de Oculus recomiendan GPUs de AMD, pero si debe ser de gama alta.
2500 $ el Alienware Area 51 y sólo tiene una 980?
Con menos dinero te montas un PC con una Titan X.
Y proximamente el gremio de programadores/desarrolladores tendran sus conferencias enfocadas a la realidad virtual de como usarla y como implementar sus proyectos.

Mintras tanto Valve saca un software para medir si8 nuestro PC esta listo para la VR.
No requiere de tener los googles VR, ya que unicamente analiza la potencia del CPU y GPU.
