Cine Encoder Es un software que permite la codificacion de video permitiendo mantener los metadatos HDR que posea, al igual que puede editar los metadatos, los archivos de salida son en matroska y puede codificar empleando GPUs de nVidia.

Cine Encoder is an application that allows to convert media files while preserving HDR metadata. NVENC hardware encoding for NVIDIA video cards is also supported for H265 and H264 modes. The program uses FFmpeg, MkvToolNix, and MediaInfo utilities. The program can also be used to change the HDR metadata, such as Master Display, maxLum, minLum, and other parameters. The new version completely redesigned the interface, added batch conversion, two-pass encoding mode and working with presets, added a pause function during conversion.
