Buenas, como todos sabreis, pedi hace poco pedi en Arcade Fightstick a "
Amazon.co.uk".
El caso es que me vino defectuoso, y les envie un mensaje este fin de semana.
La verdad es que es una gran pagina, y me respondieron el "domingo!!".
Ahora me toca enviar el paquete (con los gastos de envio a mi cuenta al menos hasta que llegue y confirmen que es error del stick ><).
Tengo bastantes dudas, y me gustaria preguntar a los que hayais devuelto algo tanto a
AMAZON como a otra pagina de fuera de españa.
Lo digo por que soy bastante novato en esto, y tambien pregunto por cuanto me saldria el envio, y que compañia me recomendais para enviarlo (si le pongo certificado o no) y que tipo de envio hacer para que "llegue" de forma segura en 15 dias o 20 dias a lo sumo
.
Tambien tengo dudas de como poner ciertas cosas, asi que si alguien me puede explicar como lo hizo seria de gran ayuda.
Como por ejemplo donde colocar el "Return Merchandise Authorisation" o el "Return Mailing Label" (este ultimo supongo que encima de la caja donde vaya el paquete, pero el primero no se si encima de la caja o dentro de la caja".
Las instrucciones en ingles son estas:
1) Return Merchandise Authorisation
Print this return authorization and include a copy in your return package
Aqui sale una hoja que tengo que imprimir que pone el dia del envio y la razon que es "defectuoso o que no funciona bien".
2) Return Mailing Label
Print this mailing label and affix to your return package
You will need to pay for return postage costs
This return label is only valid for this return authorisation and may not be used to return any other merchandise
cut out the label along this line. If you cannot print the label, please include the payslip (the original or a copy) or a piece of paper with the order number, the e-mail address and the reason for the return.
Aqui sale otro cuadrado con un "FROM" y un "POSTAGE REQUIRED".
Supongo que en FROM tendre que poner todos mis datos otra vez, o sea, apellido, nombre, direccion, codigo postal y si soy de españa, y en
postage required que tengo que poner (un sello?).
