Ayuda! soy nuevo en esto del xbox 360 y tengo un problema!

Tengo 3 meses con mi xbox 360 y hoy quize jugar y me sale una pantalla negra al arrancar el xbox 360 en varios idiomas lo cual me dice que me ponga en contacto con el soporte de microsoft y aparece abajo con letras grandes y verdes "E 65" y algunas veces "E64" , ademas de que prende un foco rojo y la bandeja no abre...me gustaria que me aclarara esa duda... que debo de hacer?...

Creo k son errores del lector, un mal flasheo o cualkier cosa de esas, aunk soy muy nuevo mejor k algun experto te diga xd
Sí, ese código de error tiene que ver con el lector:

Un cuadrante parpadea en rojo

Significado: Error de hardware. En la pantalla se mostrara el código de error.

E45: Unknown (possibly dashboard update related)

E64: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc.

E65: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot.

E66: DVD Drive Error: DVD model, or version does not match that of the version expected by the dashboard. OR the firmware version on the drive is older then the firmware version expected by the dashboard. Make sure the DVD drive is of the same version originally included with the console and that it is using either the original firmware included with the console or newer.
eso si... muchisimas gracias... pero que puedo hacer para resolverlo?... mandarlo a soporte de microsoft?... auque me imagino que van a tardar muchisimo en devolverlo
