Antivirus SmartSecurity o Internet Security?

Pues bien resulta que tengo un Smart Security con licencia y demas, pero me han comentado que para navegar, jugar en red, etc... es mejor el Internet security. Que diferencias hay? Si navego tendre problemas? Gracias chic@s.
