Mega Drive Model1 VA4 no sound and no picture

Hola!i need same help..i have a Mega Drive Model 1 VA4,and she turn on the power but i have no sound and no pic.can anyone help me please?

Yo repare una con estos mismos sintomas cambiando la CPU. Si lleva un Signetics SCN68000C8N64 casi seguro que esta sea la falla.

Le puse un 68k Motorola.

Just replace it.

Touch it with your finger with the console turned on to see if it gets very hot in the middle of the chip (mine was).

Search for MC68000P8 but first be sure not the problem of cables, etc...
@lord_raymon iam sure about the cable and i resolder the card slot,i gonna tried resolder the CPU and i gonna order a new one.then maybe i gonna recap all the condensadores.

@lord_raymon your CPU have a resistor in one of the pins?my model 1 VA4 its a PAL version from french and have a resistor in one of the cpu pins.

thats is werid, i never see a md1 with a recistor on the CPU, mebay that recistor are a part of a custom MOD or something.
It seems that your MD has some kind of mod or fix...
@dc laneta this is original from fabric because its the french model.all of them bring this resistor on the cpu and the french RGB to

If you look closely you will see that is a socket made with two splitted smaller 40-pin sockets.

Face you need to be sure that the motorola cpu is at 10Mhz, if not in Aliexpress you can find the original CPU.

Ok dude, if you have bought the original fine. My comment was related for an equivalent.
With respect to desolder the chip, yes you can cut the legs if you don't have the right tool.

Si pregunta en inglés por le responde es español
hola, lo correcto para todos seria ponerlo tambien en español , por lo del foro en español y eso, pero vamos que hay gente qeu no entiende ingles y puede pasarle lo mismo, aunque sin resolucion del problema no sería necesario todavia.
Pero esta claro que el colega en español seguro qeu no le entiende :), como los miles que no entienden sus mensajes en ingles, que llevn mucho por aquí.

Buy another megadrive(only console),and the problem will finish.
Compra otra megadrive(solo la consola),y se acabará el problema.

i already have 5 Mega Drive.but i want to bring this one back from the dead's.i gonna recap,and if that dont work i gonna replace the video chip.
hi there.i quick update!i already recap on board.i already have image but no sound ¬_¬ [+furioso] .now i gonna tried to replace the sound and image DIP's! XD
