Ayuda con compatibilidad memoria RAM y placa base PC antiguo

Hola, resulta que tengo un PC que uso como auxiliar el cual me ha empezado a dar problemas de reinicio. Le he pasado el memtest y me sale que hay un problema con la memoria ram. Me gustaría poder sustituirla, pero como no tengo mucha idea pido aquí consejo para saber qué memoria puedo comprar por internet (y a buen precio) Tampoco sé si es posible comprar una de 4gb en vez de la de 2gb que se me ha roto. Según esa información, tienes dos módulos de 1GB ddr2 a 800Mhz, yo quitaria las dos que tienes y como mucho le pondría dos de 2 GB a 800Mhz.
