Necesito ayuda urgente (Traducción de texto)

Por favor, ruego que alguien me ayude a traducir este texto al inglés.. Es un texto que he tenido que elaborar para luego aprenderlo en ingles y exponer mañana lunes pero he estado todo el puente chafado malo, que no me podía mover de la cama y hoy que estoy mejor pues como locos acabo de hacer ( en español ) Entonces ruego que mientras yo intento traducirlo también como pueda ( Que lo haré fatal porque no soy muy bueno y cuenta para nota ) si hubiera alguien que le encantara el ingles y pudiera traducirmelo lo que le llevaria unos 10-15 minutillos, lo agraderia eternamente. POR FAVOR!! Muchisimas gracias de ante mano. El texto es el siguiente, aunque tengo que añadir que puede ser un poco surrealista algunas cosas debido a que no quiero complicaciones:

Es el modelo samsung galaxy S1. Llevo un año con el y nunca me ha fallado. Yo he decidido hablar de el porque tiene muchas utilidades. La tecnología ha avanzado mucho este tiempo y ha logrado hacer de los móviles pequeños ordenadores con infinitas posibilidades. No solo sirve para llamar.
En primer lugar, voy a hablaros sobre sus componentes. Tiene una pantalla de 4 pulgadas y me permite ver todo muy bien, tiene una ranura para poder ampliar su memoria, una batería de larga duración, una cámara de 5 megapixeles de alta resolución que me permitirá tomar bonitas fotos con buena calidad, una conexión bluetooth para transferir archivos, y WIFI para poder establecer una conexión inalambrica a Internet.
Pero ahora yo voy a hablaros sobre sus utilidades:
Gracias a su famoso sistema operativo android, el móvil dispone de un mercado virtual donde puedes descargar millones de aplicaciones, tanto gratuitas como de pago. Estas aplicaciones puede ser muy útiles. Por ejemplo, la famosa aplicación Whatsapp permite comunicarte con todos tus amigos en cualquier momento siempre que dispongas de una conexión a Internet. Gracias a estas aplicaciones tu puedes estar conectado a tus redes sociales, consultar el correo, el tiempo y las noticias, leer libros, ver películas, jugar para entretenerte y muchas cosas más... El móvil también dispone de un navegador que te permitirá visitar tus paginas web favoritas y un reproductor que permite escuchar toda tu música.
En conclusión, un teléfono móvil de ultima generación es un gran instrumento que te puede ayudar en tu vida, día a día, tanto para la comunicación, como el entretenimiento y ocio; y considero que todo el mundo debería de tener uno. FIN.

It has a 4inch screen and I can see everything very well, it has the possibility to add a memory card, a long life battery, a 5px camera which takes good quality pictures, bluetooth to transfer files and wifi to set up a wireless connection to the internet.

Now I'm going to talk to you of its utilities:
Thanks to its operative system, android, the device has a virtual market where you can download millions of applications, some are free and some are not free. Those applications can be very useful, such as the famous whatsapp, which allows you to communicate with everyone if you have an internet connection available.
Thanks to this applications you can be connected to your social networks, check your email, weather, read newspapers, see movies, play videogames and many other things. It also has a web browser and a media player.

To conclude, a mobile phone has become a tool which can help you on your daily tasks, either for communicating, or entertaining and everyone should have one.
