1) I hereby declare that I and everyone using the bicycle(s) I am now renting have the necessary experience to use it/them, and that I have tested and checked its/their perfect working condition. ______________________________(signature)
2) I will notify to Perico de los palotes immediately of any eventual malfunctions or breakages of the bicycle(s). I declare that the bicycle(s) will not be used improperly and that I will personally redeliver it/them to Perico de los palotes _______________________________(signature)
3) I am responsible for any damage, and pay for damage caused by my fault for all eventual costs in case of damages to the bicycle(s) during my own use period, comprehensive of labor, except in the case that I can demonstrate other's faults with evidence and all necessary information for reimbursement. In case of theft, complete or partial theft I will be responsible for reimbursing to Perico de los palotes for the original purchase price of the bike, plus the cost of any accessories that were provided at the time of the bike rental. ______________________________(signature)
4) I agree to not hold Perico de los palores responsability for personal injuries or property damage, loss or delay, incurred by any user arising out of the act of negligence be responsible for any injuries, death, damage, loss or delay in any means of transportation or by reasons of any event beyond the actual control of Perico de los palotes, ___________________________________________(signature)
5) I understand that local goverment requires user to wear a helmet while cycling and that bicycles are provided without safety devices such as lights (and so can only be ridden from sunrise to sunset) and bells (and so must use other auditory signals while bicycling). __________________________(signature)
6) I understand that all members of my party are required to abide by national rules of the road, including not cycling while under the influence of alcohol and not cycling while using a cellular phone. Any infractions to the national rules of the road are my responsibility, including paying fines, fees or bicycle impoundment costs for retrieving the bicycle/s. __________________________(signature)

Le voy a dejar un par de bicis a unos inquilinos ingleses, y no me fio mucho, porque se las voy a prestar como detalle, y prefiero asegurarme, no vaya a ser que se "pierdan".
Lo que tampoco quiero es que me demanden porque se les ha roto un freno y se han pegado un porrazo, encima de que es un detalle.
