PowerColor una de las compañias mas conocidas en el mundo de las tarjetas de video junto con ATI hacen la invitacion publica a quien quiera que lo desee de participar en el consurso.
Diseña y Selecciona al mejor: Concurso para diseñar el papel tapiz, protectores de pantalla e iconos para uso en Chat, el diseño es libre pero como tema se deben de usar los personajes y logos representativos de la marca, a esto, no se deben de modificar ni logos ni emblemas.
El premio principal en cada una de las 3 categorias consiste en una de las nuevas tarjetas de video HD5xxx con soporte DX11.
Como tambien puedes participar votando por el mejor diseño, si el diseño por el que votaste resulta ganador y sales sorteado puedes llevarte una linda Radeon HD4670 que no esta nada mal.
Asi que participes como diseñados o como critico de arte puedes ganarte una tarjeta de video de nueva generacion.

Phases:
Phase 1. Design Submission: Sep. 1 ~ Sep. 20th
Phase 2. Vote: Sep. 21st ~ Sep. 30th
Phase 3. Winners Announced: Oct. 5th
Design Submission: Individuals may submit up to 3 entries in each category.
Vote: Individuals can vote for up to 3 favorite designs in each category.

1. Participants warrant that their Entries are original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entries and that they have the right to submit the Entries in the Contest and grant all required licenses.
2. Submitted entries become the property of PowerColor and will not be returned.
3. PowerColor reserves the right to deny and delete any wallpaper/screen saver/IM chat icon that is submitted for this contest.
4. The submitted design must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, pornographic, hateful, tortuous, slanderous, libelous, or defamatory against other people or companies.
5. The submitted wallpaper/screen saver/IM chat icon must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
