he comprado 3 juegos en "thehut" uno ya me ha llegado, otro recibi un email como que lo enviaban pero no me ha llegado, y el otro aun no lo tienen en stock :S



asi que les he preguntado que pasaba con ello, me han respondido, pero las paginas de traductores on line que me salen en el buscador no logran aclararme, asi que espero que alguien con ganas de ayudar sepa traducirmelo...

We would of expected you to of received the item by now and as you say you havn't then we will issue you a self decleration form. We will send this in the post in the morning and you should receive this in th next 10-15 days. All we need is a signiture from yourself and then return it back to us. Alternatively you can fax this to us on 0845 299 1321.

Once the form has been returned to us we will investigate further and arrange a replacement or refund as requested on the completed form. "

Ya deberias haber recibido el articulo a estas alturas y como dices que no es asi vamos a mandar un "self declaration form" (esto entiendo que es un formulario en el que declaras lo que has perdido y la fecha y tal). Lo enviaremos por correo por la mañana y deberias recibirlo en los proximos 10-15 dias. Todo lo que necesitamos es que lo firmes y nos lo devuelvas. Puedes hacerlo a traves del correo o por fax si te resulta mas comodo. El numero y la direccion son los siguientes:
