A mi me de ese mismo error cada x tiempo, esté haciendo lo que esté haciendo, se cierra sesion de playstationNetwork. Tengo un cable-modem (ONO), y después un router para poder dar conexión al pc y ala consola.
Si enchufo el rj45 del modem directamente a la ps3, (nat1), no me da dicho error, pero no tengo internet en el pc. Tengo abiertos los puertos correspondientes para tener nat2. El test UPnP me da ko (pero en el router aparece como activo), mi modelo de router es Conceptronic C100BRS4H Broadband Router
He estado indagando en la configuración del router, y solo me queda probar una cosa que no he tocado porque no sé exactamente que significa:
