Hola a todos, vengo a contaros lo que sera para mi una perdida de dinero en toda regla, a dia de hoy aun no se nada de mis 37,96 euros que me retiraron los señores de
STEAM, bueno empezemos por el principio:
El dia 14/09/2007 decidi hacerme con el Orange Box mediante Steam y como en anteriores ocasiones lo decidi comprar mediante tarjeta de credito ( por su rapidez y facilidad ), el caso es que en esta ocasión nose si fue culpa de mi nueva tarjeta de credito(ya que me la habia cambiado recientemente porque la otra me caduco) o bien de que habia que hacer algun paso mas, antes de usarla por internet ( se trata de una visa electron ) el caso es que cuando me verifico los datos introducidos durante el processo de compra del producto, me salio un mensaje de error diciendome que los datos introducidos el banco los rechazo, sin embargo dicha transación fue efectiva en mi tarjeta de credito ( FLIPA! ), todo esto os lo digo porque accedi por el portal de ''lacaixa'' y vi mediante la linea oberta que en mi cuenta bancaria habia una transación a nombre de ''STEAM GAMES WWWST'' con cargo de (-menos 37,96€).
Yo furioso ya que en mi steam no aparecian los juegos, decidi llamar a atención al cliente de mi banco y ellos me respondieron que la transación no les constaba o no era efectiva (WTF?!¿), yo les dije que eso no podia ser, que yo veia que en mi cuenta faltaba esos euros y ellos no quisieron liarse y me dijeron que fuera el lunes al banco a hablar con los del banco en persona, dicho y hecho;Me presente el lunes a primera hora al banco y ellos me dijeron que la transación constaba como que me habian quitado ese dinero, pero que aun no era confirmada, que ese dinero seguramente me lo devolverian en unos dias.
Somos 21 del 9 y llevo muchos emails con STEAM y ellos no quieren saber nada de mi por lo que cabreado que estoy os enseñare lo bordes que son y lo pasotas que son con estos casos, aquí unos emails que les hice llegar con su respectiva respuesta:

- Today on 14:50 o'clock approximately I have tried to buy the orange box via steam, however he/she has not gone very since I have been rejected from my bank the card, saying that it was not correct the postal address however has looked from internet if I had been made effective the payment.
Could they tell me that I should make to recover my money and to buy the game?
ps: the credit card is new since the previous one gave it today of low, this new one is already operative

Todo largas como podeis ver, ya que ni puse mal el codigo cvv2 ni faltaban fondos ( bueno si, los que ellos me quitaron despues de dejarme sin un duro

- Days behind I contacted you to tell them that the purchase of the orange box was failed, however they charged me the orange box in my credit card, I went to speak with a cashier of my bank and they told me that the amount was effective but that it was not confirmed, they said that if it was it cancels the operation in some days you would return me my money, but many days have already passed and in my bank there are not signs that they will return me the money, I would like them to tell me when they will return me my money (if to final of month or when it is) but tell me something, since I need with urgency this money that you charged me, them assistant screen captures so that they see that it is not any joke neither any swindle classe, sincerely I am I bother since nobody he/she knows anything and you in the previous email gave me explanations that didn't have anything to do with what I ask (with respect to that money that you loaded me) them I wait that this time they are more explicit with me

- I should also inform them that I acquired the orange box with another card it approves that he/she doesn't have anything to do with the one that charged me, I say it for if he/she appears them in my account the game.
