Saludos desde Venezuela eolianos, soy un frecuente visitante de la pagina de eol pero es primare vez que escribo para ver si podrían ayudarme .
El problema es el siguiente, hace unos días recibí un mensaje de mi isp cuyo nombre es CANTV en el que se me indicaba que mi servicio de internet podía ser suspendido debido a infringir ciertas normas generales de uso, al final del mensaje me informaban que la queja se había originado de un correo que ellos recibieron el cual les coloco aquí:

Disculpen si coloco información innecesaria pero es mejor prevenir que lamentar
, en resumen tengo entendido que la empresa norteamericana BayTSP que es contratada por diversas empresas cinematográficas y de música (Paramount, MGM, Sony Pictures.etc) rastreó mi i.p y le informó a mi isp que supuestamente estoy compartiendo material protegidode Paramount Pictures, soy usuario de emule y no me gusta la idea que esta empresa este rastreando los archivos que estoy compartiendo ya que me parece están atentando contra mi derecho a la privacidad, según he investigado creo que esto está prohibido en la Unión Europea, pero en fin quisiera que me recomendaran algún problema para evitar futuras intromisiones de esta empresa en mi sistema. He leído un poco en el foro y y me he instalado el PeerGuardian pero no estoy seguro de que este solucione mi problema. A ver si pueden aconsejarme
