Buenas stoy intentanto instalar un modem pero tengo problemas con algo de q no tengo cargado en el path ya q me sale ste error:

entoces miro lo q tengo en el path y no tengo esta linea, mi pregunta es dnd meto esta instruccion : PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/sbin en el archivo: .bashrc ya q ste contiene lo siguiente y no se dnd ponerla
