Hola, a ver si me podeis alludar con un problema que tengo con un portatil. El caso es que cuando lo enciendo me aparece el siguiente mensaje:

If your computer stopped responding,restarted unexpectedly, or was
automatically shut down to protect your files or folders, choose Last
Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.

"Start Windows Normally"
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)
Start Windows Normally
Use your up & down arrow keys to move the hightlight of your choice"
Intento arrancar en todos los modos posibles, pero windows nunca termina de arrancar y se reinicia el portatil. Segun creo esto aparece cuando hay algun conflicto con algun componente, pero no se le ha cambiado nada nunca al portatil esta igual que el dia que se compró.
