- This means that the GOG and Steam versions will no longer accept incorrect
- numbers, e.g. for Edna’s phone number. (Why are they selling a cracked
- version anyway?!)
- Added support for Low quality music in Macintosh version of Loom.
- Improved Digital iMUSE accuracy for Full Throttle and The Curse of Monkey Island. These improvements also fix several audio related bugs for both games.
- Fixed a very old regression in the walk code for Full Throttle which softlocked the game.
- Improved the accuracy of the walk code for The Dig and The Curse of Monkey Island.
- Fixed a bug in The Curse of Monkey Island which prevented, during the cannon minigame in Part 1, the destruction of one of the three destroyable turrets in the fort.
- Added animated cigar smoke to the close-up of captain Smirk in the CD
- version of Monkey Island 1. It was present in earlier versions.
- Restored some missing Lemonhead lines in the English, Italian, German and Spanish CD
- versions as well as the English Macintosh, FM-Towns and Sega CD versions
- of Monkey Island 1.
- Made the clock tower in Monkey Island 1 behave the same in the CD version
- as in earlier versions, i.e. after examining it you have to leave the
- room and come back again for its description to change.

Interesante no conozco mucho de aventuras gráficas y este tipo de juegos pero es una buena oportunidad, por cierto veo que ya es compatible con Little Big Adventure y Crusader: No Remorse que son de otro genero, saben cuales otros juegos soportados por esta aplicación no son aventuras gráficas?

Lo fascinante de todo este camino es que durante cierto tiempo N64 recibía actus de SCUMMVM
@Snowbro No conozco todos los juegos que soporta ScummVM. Sería cuestión de ir viendo los juegos que soporta para ver cuáles son aventuras gráficas y cuáles no. Este programa soporta muchas aventuras conversacionales que no sé hasta que punto se pueden considerar como aventuras gráficas. Hay también juegos de rol como Ultima, juegos que me parece más tipo puzzle que otra cosa, juegos que son más del estilo de películas interactivas. En cualquier caso, hacer una lista de ese tipo que no incluya los nombres de las aventuras gráficas, en su sentido más estricto, soportadas por ScummVM, pues llevaría un tiempo. Los Eye of the Beholder 1 y 2 de PC y Amiga, el Lands of Lore los Ultima...
Un interesante artículo en inglés sobre una de las novedades de la nueva versión: Soporte (incompleto) para juegos de Macromedia Director (una herramienta popular para programar juegos facilmente en los 90s)

En la version 2.5.0 también añadieron soporte para cientos de aventuras gráficas programadas con el motor AGL (v2.5+), básicametne un RPG Maker para aventuras gráficas...

Es increible como ScummVM, originalmente creado para ejecutar aventuras gráficas con el motor Scumm, crece con cada versión añadiendo más motores...
Muy interesantes los nuevos añadidos, sin duda. Y de como van añadiendo otros clásicos fuera de las aventuras gráficas tradicionales.
Hace unas semanas reporté que la versión española del Little Big Adventure no funcionaba, tras facilitar archivos y información a los devs, ya se puede decir que la versión española funciona correctamente.

Han publicado el engine del Sanitarium en la Daily build, lo que la traducción fanmade que hay en castellano no funciona, he reportado archivos y datos a ver si para cuando la saquen oficialmente ya tenemos la traducción en castellano funcional.

Muchas gracias @DJ Deu por reportar la traducción de Sanitarium, es una gran noticia que estén dando soporte a ese engine, sobre todo porque la única forma de jugarlo bien es a través de Steam, la versión de dotemu que tiene aplicado un bilinear grotesco y que impide que lo juegue de forma cómoda.

Otro tema es que se animen y compilen el core para retroarch, ardo en deseos que hagan esto de una vez y actualicen, pero habrá que esperar.
