Hola, espero que el mensaje este en el sitio adecuado.
Desde hace unos dias, al actualizar el programa, después de darle a "start" en la ventana de "AntiVir Internet Updater", cuando acaba de "mirar" en el server de la pagina del programa para ver si hay actualizaciones, me sale este mensaje:
"The AntiVir® Notifier was not able to gain access to the Internet. This is probably prevented by a
Personal Firewall. It is imperative that the AntiVir® Notifier has access to the Internet, in order to
get information of the AntiVir® Personal Edition in future. Information which is provided in the
AntiVir® Notifier can contain important innovations regarding current viruses or indications for the
security of your PC. Please release the application AntiVir® Notifier in your firewall settings, if you
want to obtain these information.
If you do not want to receive these information, you can turn off the AntiVir® Notifier on every new
information through the check mark "deactivate Notifier for this message"."
Por lo que puedo entender , me dice que puede que el Firewall le corte el paso, pero miro mi firewall (el Zone Alarm ese) y los programas del AntiVir tienen permiso para acceder a internet.
Tampoco se muy bien que hace ese "Notifier" (supongo que será ese aviso de "tu version lleva 14 dias sin actualizarse... y tal y cual..." pero no lo sé seguro).
Lo raro es que cierro la ventana del aviso y despues continua la actualizacion creo que normalmente, pero bueno, me gustaria saber que problema hace que aparezca ese mensaje, y si me puede "fastidiar" el antivirus o ke no me deje actualizarlo completamente.
