el wifi /g normalmente es compatible con el /b, no importa el idioma qie sea.
En cuanto a la pda, la respuesta oficial es no, aunque yo tengo una dell a la que cambie el idioma a base de leer en los foros el como hacerlo. En mi caso poniendo la instalacion del s.o en una tarjeta compact flash, y luego dando a una combinacion de botones para que instalara el sistema. mirate el modelo y busca info en tu amigo google.
