Pantallazo azul- windows vista

Hola a todos, tengo el siguiente problema, os comento:
Tengo un pc con Windows Vista Home Premium, el otro dia me paso lo siguiente: de repente, me salió una pantalla azul con letras en blanco y el ordenador se apago.
ele rror es algo asi:

He leido un mensaje antiguo y pone que puede ser que haya instalado algo que el instalador no sea compatible con vista..peor claro..como lo averiguo que es?? y que hago? Graciass
