Optimizar el arranque de tu mac

Buenas, quería exponer aquí uno de los EPIC WINS de Mac OS; y no es otro que el arranque, rondando los 30 segundos frente a los 60-90 de un Vista, tirando a la muy baja.

El caso es que yo hasta ahora más o menos tenía esos 30 segundos clavados de arranque -y de 5 de apagado- pero un buen día paso de 30 a 45 y ahora tarda casi 1 minuto. No sé bien que hacer, me leí esta guía (http://www.iniciomac.com/16/06/2009/agi ... de-tu-mac/) que parece estar de lujo, pero no puedo volver a recuperar mis preciados 30 segundos.

Yo tengo un powerbook G4 de los últimos, y le añadí un driver para el trackpad iscroll, el istat menu, g4 fan control. Todo esto me sale en el system.log pero no tarda mucho en arrancar. Mirar bien vuestro log, no es solo lo que os salga con el prefijo launchd.

Para ganar tiempo en arranque, desactivar el arranque automático de algunos programas. Y no todos están en preferencias, creo que había algún programa para buscarlos, estilo onyx, o el onyx mismo sirve no me acuerdo.

A mi imac de hace año y medio, me tarda 45 segundos exactos (parandolo mientras meto el pass) desde que le doy al boton hasta que aparece el dock.

Tan solo tengo como programa en arranque el shadows para el brillo.

Pero lo que mas me preocupa es que al pasarle el onyx como hago una vez al mes, o reparar permisos directamente me sale todo esto en errores desde hace semanas, y supongo que estoy influya algo en la ralentizacion

Miraremos a ver... porque esto no mola.

Yo para reparar y limpiar tengo MainMenu, mas sencillo y rápido que Onyx, por no decir que es gratis.

Probad a pasar onyx(gratuito) o cocktail(18€ de por vida) y vereis que todo vuelve a estar como al principio.

Yo le pasado TODO lo que se le puede pasar desde MainMenu y más o menos. Pero como al principio va a ser que no, 40 segundos de arranque no me los quita ni el tato.
