No me deja instalar nada de microsoft

El caso es eso que cada vez que aztualizo el pc o instalo el internet explorer o windows media player, me lleva aqui o me da error, cuando intentente instalar el windows media player me llevo aqui

Y cuando intento insltar el internet explorer me lleva aqui http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917925
En ese artículo del KB te expliucan claramente que puede ser síntomas de malware (pasa un antivirus y antispyware actualizados) y que si eso falla realices un arranque limpio tal y como te explican aquí.

Los métodos E y F implican trastear con el registro, no te los recomiendo a no ser que lo hayas hecho antes.
