Consulta Renovando PC a corto medio y largo plazo

Buenas, quiero renovar mi ordenador y he estado recopilando bastante informacion x aki y por alla hasta encontrar elotrolado ^^


Dime lo que me recomiendais ir cambiando hasta tener un pc decentemente para gamer
lo de la nueva plataforma de steam tambien me podria interesar.
lo que mas he mirado son monitores, abajo os pongo lo que he mirado y mas me intersa"".
todo el equipo es de 2004 aprox, menos el disco duro.

Estaria dispuesto a comprame un modelo Asus MX239H 23" LED IPS
pero de 19-21 pulgadas si es posible y que tenga 2 HDMI que los tiene y algun puerto USB 3.0 a ser posible o algun modelo parecido he mirado tambien un dell:
Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" LED IPS

con este para lo mismo quiero 19-21 pulgadas para ponerlo a 60cm de mis ojos aporx e incluso 2`5m para ver peliculas.^^

En resumen: ¿presupuesto?
500-600 euros para renovar pantalla y alguna cosilla más en navidades o febrero a mucho tardar(si sale algo que mueva precios o que interese) pero bien renovado.
Yo si fuera tú, creo que cambiaría la gráfica por una AMD 7850 o parecida... overclockearía el micro, y a correr un tiempo... es un buen micro... con sus años, pero perfectamente válido, 4GB de RAM está bien, si pudiera podría 8GB (yo quiero, de hecho), pero claro, a día de hoy no sé si te recomendaría comprar 4 GB 1333Mhz...

Ah! y compraría un discoduro de 1 o 2TB... sobre todo si te estás planteando tner juegos descargados de Steam, eso chuma espacio...


Gráfica y Discduro, y yo me dejaría el resto como está... hasta que decidas cambiar de golpe placa, RAM, micro y disipador.... bueno, podrías probar a overclockear un poco... pero esto ya es arena de otro costal.
Ese proce aguanta bastante, si overclockeas a 4 Ghz está por encima del Phenom II x4 965 que se está montando ahora la gente. Ahora, si tienes la pasta y quieres cambiarte de proce las nuevas generaciones de intel tienen un rendimiento brutal en comparación. un Saludo! XD

las 3 entran en mi presupuesto pero nose muy bien cual me convendria mas de cara al futuro, ponle en 4-6 meses me planteare cambiar algo mas por otros 600 €.

Disco duro tengo un Iomega multimedia 2TB.

RAM si que me interesaria ya que el CivV me la consume entera.

y de Caja tengo una Antec con 4 ventiladores y un LeD azul xD

Lo del OC me lo tengo que investigar un poco mas haber que es y como le sienta al sistema, por lo que veo es cosa buena ^^ asi que lo mirare.

lo que tengo claro es el monitor y la grafica demomento y nose si una placa o poner puertos usb 3.0, ya tengo entrada hdmi (o eso creo) o destinar esos 200 con pocos euros a una caja u otra cosilla, tarjeta de red inalambrica que no la que tengo no la reconoze el equipo y conectar el pc por wifi o tarjeta de sonido.

y tengo una sony bravia en el salon
Nose si comentar algo de lo del monitor en electronica de consumo o aqui tambien me podeis ayudar.
