ayuda configurar zyxel y linksys

tengo un modem router adsl de telefonica (zyxel 660), acabo de comprar un router linksys (wrt54gl) la cuestion es que conecto el linksys al zyxel y no hay manera de que se conecte el internet, dejando solo el zyxel no hay problema.
Mirando en las configuraciones, al ser el router linksys otro puesto lo cambie de puerta de enlace a enrutamiento (creo que se escribe asi) que leyendo dice el manual que pongas asi para poder conectarlo a otro router y que funcione bien, pero el caso es que no va internet.
El router si que va y da señal con el pc pero se ve que o no conecta bien con el zyxel( aunque el linksys esta en auto y detecta la configuracion) o no se que pasa.
Pero realmente que es lo que quieres hacer? Esque no acabo de entender lo que pretendes...

Para que quieres conectar 2 routers?

Teoricamente conectandolo router con router no deberia haber ningun problema.... Deberia funcionar
El zyxel es monopuerto con lo que solo puedo conectar un ordenador, he comprado el otro para aprovechar el wifi y conectar en mi cuarto la xbox.
Ya se que en teoria no deberia dar problemas pero la leche que estos dos no se llevan bien y pasan de darme internet
1. To access the other router’s Web-based Utility, launch Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, and enter the
other router’s default IP address, 192.168.1.1, in the Address field. Then press Enter.
2. A password request page will appear. Leave the User Name field blank. In the Password field, enter the
password you have set (the default password is admin). Then click the OK button.
3. The first screen that appears will display the Setup tab. In the Network Setup section, there is a setting called
Local IP Address, which is set to 192.168.1.1. Change this to 192.168.2.1.
4. Click the Save Settings button to save your change, and then exit the Web-based Utility.
5. Power down your network devices. Now you will begin the hardware installation of Router.
6. Locate an optimum location for the Router. The best place for the Router is usually at the center of your
wireless network, with line of sight to all of your mobile stations.
7. Fix the direction of the antennas. Try to place the Router in a position that will best cover your wireless
network. Normally, the higher you place the antenna, the better the performance will be.
8. Connect a standard Ethernet network cable to the Router’s Internet port. Then, connect the other end of the
Ethernet cable to one of the numbered Ethernet ports on your other router.

Eso lo he sacado de la página de Linksys. ¿has seguido esos pasos? Lo más probable es que haya un conflicto de IPs
he seguido esos pasos, he seguido los pasos que pone en el cd que trae y despues he seguido los pasos que hago cuando instalo un router cualquiera.
Lo que voy a probar es si el zyxel ( si consigo entrar en el maldita telefonica) es ponerlo segun he leido en modo dmz y ponerle de ip la del linksys para que sea este el que distribulla todo, pero en fin ya veremos que sale.

edito: Al final lo he conseguido de la siguiente manera por si le sirve a alguien.

El zyxel lo he dejado conforme sale configurado de telefonica a excepcion de configurar en la parte de nat un apartado que pone suay (Segun he entendido despues de mirar foros y manuales es parecido al dmz) he redireccionado todos los puerto a un ip ( esta ip es la que le voy a dar al router).
En el router linksys lo configuro como ip fija y de doy la que anteriormente en el zyxel le hemos puesto a redireccionar y como puerta de enlace la ip del zyxel.

AL final queda una red zyxel----linkssys y otra linksys----pc
Cabe decir que no se me ha ocurrido a mi solo, tras mucho buscar al final di con la idea en una web que ahora no me acuerdo.
