Os expongo mi problema:
He pasado de Ubuntu a Debian, y el paso ha sido poco traumático. De hecho, ha sido nada traumático. Va todo como la seda excepto la aceleración gráfica.
Mi tarjeta es una VIA KM400. Vale. No dejeis de leer aqui, os lo suplico!
El driver está correctamente instalado (hay un paquete muy mono que se llama xserver-xorg-video-via que lo instala solito).
En mi xorg.conf está indicado que use el driver via (en vez de vesa) y las X funcionan correctamente, pero no tengo aceleración gráfica. Sospecho que no se trata de problema de drivers, ya que están correctamente instalados (o eso quiero pensar) y que el problema real es que no tengo activada la aceleración gráfica en el xorg.conf.
Os copio mi xorg.conf, a ver si detectáis algo raro:
