“Pruebas de foto y vídeo”: Para convertirse en el mejor skater del mundo, el jugador tendrá que participar en sesiones de fotos mientras realiza sus trucos o seguir las instrucciones de un cámara que filmará todas sus acrobacias.
“Imagen sobre imagen”: El jugador podrá ver la acción del juego en la pantalla principal, sobre la que se mostrará una pantalla de vídeo en la que podrá seguir la acción como si de una película se tratase.
“Rampas y raíles móviles por toda la ciudad”: Coloca rampas y raíles para crear líneas de skate increíbles o para acceder a lugares secretos.
“Impresiona a los ciudadanos”: Por primera vez en un juego de Tony Hawk, el jugador tendrá que impresionar a los habitantes de la ciudad y a los paseantes para labrarse una reputación. Los espectadores presenciarán los trucos del jugador, se reirán de sus caídas estrepitosas o le agredirán si éste choca contra ellos.
Movimientos mejorados y controles sensibles: El nuevo sistema de movimientos incluye Grinds y caídas avanzadas que permitirán al jugador controlar sus fallos y aumentar o reducir el peligro a su antojo, por medio del nuevo e innovador sistema de caídas de “muñeca de trapo”. También es digna de mención la mejora en la recreación del impulso y la gravedad, para crear la emulación de skate más realista hasta la fecha
NAIL THE TRICK
La jugabilidad ha sido elevada a límites desconocidos hasta ahora, gracias a una nueva habilidad llamada Nail the Trick. Esta consiste en apretar a la vez los dos joystick del mando y entraremos en una especie de tiempo de bala con lo que pasaremos a controlar, de manera independiente, cada uno de los pies del skater pudiendo hacer cualquier truco que quieras de manera manual y no pulsando botones como venía siendo habitual. Las posibilidades son literalmente ilimitadas y cualquier jugón del Tony Hawk se quedará boquiabierto cuando lo pruebe.

Follow the natural line around the factory into the City Park. Continue up the concrete planter in front of the capitol, all the way to the concrete highway barricades at the foot of the Hill Top.

1. Awning Hop Long (50 PTS.) On the awning above the parking lot, carry a grdin over the long middle gap. You must make a jump to complete this.
2. Constructive Ascent (150 PTS.) There's a grind line at the bottom of the hill behind the Hiclvers monument. Grind this entire line going up the hill. Jump to the wire and ride this up the rest of the hill.
3. Constructive Descent (500 PTS.) Follow the line for Constructive Ascent, but travel downhill.
4. ATM Malfunction (100 PTS.) Wallplant any of the ATM's.
5. Crenel Leap East (150 PTS.) Spine transfer up to the east tower of the castle façade.
6. Castle Stormin' (50 PTS.) Spine transfer up to the middle level of the castle façade.
7. Elevation Lip (50 PTS.) There's a lone quarter pipe behind the Lakeside Manual goal. Jump up it and lip trick the wooden plank above.

11. Kepp off the Grass. (100 PTS.) Launch off the in memory of the unforgettable and down the ramp in between the amphitheater and the water.
12. Look Out Below! (200 PTS.) Jump to the side and grind from the overhang connected to the factory to the rail line that starts the Broken Ankle Grind down below.
13. Middle Line Grind (200 PTS.) Grind the entire line in the middle of the anchor monument
14. Northside Sidejump (200 PTS.) There is a long gap on the wooden line near the pool with the twin structures in the middle. Going uphill, jump over this gap.
15. Path Hop (200 PTS.) Jump from one side of the amphitheater, over the middle pathway, to the other side.
16. Planter Hop (500 PTS.) Grind the planters near the tutorial garage, jumping all of the gaps between.
17. Pyramid Power (200 PTS.) Bank drop the pyramid, from one kicker to the other.
18. Rail 2 Rail (100 PTS.) Grind the low chain link line infront of the tutorial garage, and jump the gap inbetween them.
19. Rail 2 Planter (500 PTS.) Grind from the low chain link line infront of the tutorial garage, and transfer the grind to the pyramid.

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES:
Os pongo algunas preguntas que han ido saliendo a lo largo del hilo para facilitar un poco las cosas y no tener que leeros todo el hilo.
¿Como consigo aguantar el máximo tiempo el grind?
Lo que tienes que hacer, es tratar de estabilizar la barra que tienes encima de tu cabeza y mantener la flecha de color verde, si ves que te cuesta mucho, salta haciendo un ollie y vuelve a grindar con la tabla cambiandola de posición.
¿Como demoníos hace la gente tantos puntos?.... ¿yo no puedo?
Claro que si, es cuestión de mucha práctica y habilidad, lo que debes hacer es intentar llenar la barra de Special, para ello intenta no hacer saltos muy complejos, haz un ollie con el botón A, y cuando estes en el aire pulsa por ejemplo el botón B, para agarrar la tabla, una vez tengas llena la barra de Special, ya puedes intentar hacer saltos más complejos, no se.... haz combinaciones en el aire, aqí prima tu imaginación... lo realmente importante es la forma de caer, ya que siempre se basa en la misma técnica.
Esta técnica es la del REVERT + MANUAL, ¿eso que quiere decir?
Quiere decir que justo cuando tu tabla toque el suelo despues de haber realizado un salto en una zona de pipe, debes pulsar rápidamente el Botón RB y arriba y abajo (o abajo arriba) con el analogico, esto te permitira encadenar muchos puntos sin perder los combos.
Si.. si... esto esta muy bien.. pero... ¿que Coj.. es un revert y un manual?
Un revert, es girar la tabla 180 grados bajo tus pies, y un manual es poner a dos ruedas el Skate, o bien las ruedas delanteras, o bien las traseras.
Oye y eso de Nail the Trick, ¿que es?
El Nail the Trick es un nuevo movimiento de este Tony Hawk, consiste en apretar las dos setas analógicas, y tu patinador entrara en un modo "Bullet time" dónde podras actuar sobre cada pie de este, controlandolos con cada seta analógica.
Este juego es un timo... He hecho más de 1.000.000 de puntos y un combo mayor de 500.000, y no me dieron el logro..
No es ningún timo, para conseguir estos 2 Logros tienes que meterte en Skate libre, pausar el juego y seleccionar la primera opción: COMENZAR CARRERA, ahora sí, tienes 2 minutos para lograr un total de 1 millón de puntos o más y un combo de medio millón de puntos o más.
Si lo consigues enhorabuena los Logros son tuyos.

Tranquilo... no necesariamente tienes que ganar a un desarrollador del juego, este logro también se consigue si vences a alguien que ya lo tenga, por lo tanto cuanto más tiempo pase más fácil será conseguirlo.
¿Cómo hago los retos de spin de encima de un buzón?. Nada más salir, en la zona de las casas, hay un reto así. Cada color está encima de un buzón o algo parecido. ¿No se si tengo que girar en uno y saltar a otro o qué?
Tienes que hacer un spin en el primer buzon con el botón Y, y luego hacer lo mismo en los otros, desplazandote de uno a otro con manuals. Es decir sin perder el combo.
¿Como pretenden que consiga los dos logros de 14.000 pies de Manual ( 4,3 Km) y 14.000 segundos en el aire (4h 20 Min)?
