[PROYECTO] LinDriver. Recopilación de drivers para GNU/Linux

Ya te he quitado de la sección diseño web

De momento estoy haciendo pruebas... aunque estoy teniendo dificultades con Django, como ya he dicho, estoy empezando. si alguien tiene experiencia con django o sabe de alguien que la tenga... Se lo agradeceré ^^

Hay que traducir el primer mensaje de este post para ponerlo en la web. También traducir el esquema de la base de datos... ya deben poder ir conociendo el proyecto personas de habla inglesa.

De momento hay que estar a la espera de los del hosting... pero sería lo suyo que se vaya leyendo la documentación de Django y practicando los ejemplos

De momento nada hasta que no haya una versión estable del proyecto.

Me gustaria ayudarte, pero no tengo conocimientos sobre programación (de momento, porque estoy empezando con python).
Podría ayudarte como traductor, tengo un nivel medio de inglés pero ya he visto que tienes traductores.
No se a que te refieres con relaciones públicas, pero podría ayudarte en mis ratos libres.

Hello to everybody.

I write this in order to ask for your collaboration in a project to play the role of easier and accessible GNU/Linux. As many of you know, I am doing a few manuals to initiate users of Windows or other systems to GNU/Linux. Planning how to organize these manuals, I realized a serious problem that all novicies have: The driver's installation and configuration.

My goal about making these manuals is to bring GNU/Linux to users without knowledge through examples, metaphors and illustrations. What distribution to choose? How to burn it in a disc? How to start the installation from the disk. How to install. How to partition. But how do I explain to have the computer ready, with all its drivers? There is no a magical way. This step is accomplished today by searching, testing, asking in forums, investigating or with the most far-fetched things. The space from the installation and having the computer ready is very high, and thus ensures that only users return to Windows, users get vices such as "Copy & Paste" or deaths because despair. This is where my idea comes.

The goal:
A reference site to find solutions to operate the hardware of our machine, independently of the distribution, architecture or any other factor.

How to get:
Creating a website to manage the pages with the step-by-step to install the drivers for the distribution that is geared to, architecture, version, and driver selected, saving the files (drivers, for example) to avoid they getting lost (To whom has not happened following a tutorial whith a not-working link to a file? ) Allow reporting bugs and errors during the installation of the driver; a comments' system and votes for achieve high quality textbooks, anyone can propose an improved version of a page of steps to install a driver, but without losing security (individual pages are created pending moderation), a wiki explaining the most common commands of GNU/Linux to give an explanation for what appears on the next steps in the installation of drivers...

... Much work, therefore, I ask you for help.

For the development of this site, I think it would be good to use:

• Django: A Web development framework which is written in python. Personally, I'm starting to use it, but it is very interesting and those who have experience with python will feel at home. • MySQL: A management system database, which I think do not need presentation.
• Apache web server open source. Nor need presentation.
• JQuery: javascript Framework. I tried several and is the one I like
