En conclusión, nos llega un juego sin doblar y sin traducir al castellano además de la inexistencia de las prometidas voces japonesas.
Aunque, por desgracia, no somos los únicos... los italianos también se quedan sin su versión traducida.

Hi!
I'm an Spanish customer of Namco-Bandai games like Eternal Sonata, Soul Calibur, etc. and I'm very displeased with the treatment given to the Spanish community in regards of the game Tales of Vesperia.
Not only have we waited a lot of time since the game was developed in Japan and commercialized in USA, now we have to play a game that in those markets has sold many more copies than, for example, Eternal Sonata (game that came translated to Spanish).
Therefore, the product that Namco is selling us (at least to every market that isn't English, French or German) is, in any case, INCOMPLETE. Not only is it sold without any kind of translation; it doesn't even include any extra to compensate that lack (dual audio option with the Japanese audio track would have been great). As if all this was not enough, the retailer in Europe, Atari, hasn't given us any information about any of this until less than a week to the release date of the game. So now, I have to admit that I don't know if this is some kind of practical joke or just a pile of nonsense, but with this move Namco has managed to sell many less copies of Tales of Vesperia (included mine) in Spain, and in other countries where the information given was also mislead or wrong (Atari kept telling us until today that the game would be translated to Spanish, with dual audio option).
I hope that in the future Namco will learn of this mistakes and make all of this more clear and efficient.

Like a Spanish client of NamcoBandai JRGP games that I am, I would like to express my big disappointment with your latest and awaited game, "Tales of Vesperia".
At the beggining, ATARI told me (and to the whole Spanish community) that Tales of Vesperia was coming out to our country (Spain) with Spanish texts and both, English and Japanese voices, but the fact is that the game is not in our language so, what happened?
The only thing that I want to know is the reason you came up with for this huge misunderstanding, moreover for not bringing the game with Spanish texts.

Lo primero de todo es presentarme: soy (o era) un futuro comprador español del Tales of Vesperia hasta hace poco, que he visto lo que ha ocurrido con la traducción al castellano aunque mejor recordemos:
Casi después de un año, llega el Tales of Vesperia a territorio europeo y la cosa no puede pintar mejor: audio dual [japonés e inglés], subtítulado al castellano...
Sin ninguna duda, era motivo para comprarlo y para tener ganas de que saliese ya mismo. Pero como la gente duda mejor confirmar mediante llamadas, mails e información de la página de ToV oficial de que va a salir de esta forma.
Perfecto, confirman una y otra vez que va a salir en estas condiciones. Incluso quedando tan solo cuatro días para que salga, repetían que saldría en castellano [hasta webs como anaitgames daban eco de la noticia y de que os habían llamado].
Pero todo cambia cuando el Tales of Vesperia es distribuido y unos pocos usuarios [que recalco que gracias a ellos supimos de toda esta farsa] ven la portada donde pone claramente: Manual de utilización en castellano.
¿Cómo? ¿No iba a ser traducido? Pues ni traducido y ni con voces japonesas. Aparte de que no somos los únicos afectados, también los italianos se han quedado con la versión sin su idioma.
¿Hay alguna explicación para esto? Si no es por los usuarios nunca sabríamos de tal engaño hasta tener el juego comprado... Y sin añadir la falta de ganas que se demuestran en la portada con fallos como la bandera alemana al revés o una frase en inglés que se ha colado.
Aparte de que recibimos el Eternal Sonata tal y como habéis prometido que llegaría este.
Me gustaría recibir una respuesta, no quiero ningún tipo de largas como que sacaréis un parche. Se quieren hechos y pronto, la gente incluso duda de comprar algún juego que venga acompañado del logo de Namco.
Un saludo y una grandísima pena de lo que habéis hecho, pero pena por los fans que han esperado para nada.
