The M.2 SSD uses high speed MLC flash memory, with a reading speed as high as 540MB/s and writing speed up to 300MB/S. It also has self-monitoring, analysis and report technology (S.M.A.R.T.) to help you protect important data. The 2242 specification current comes in 32/ 64/ 128GB selections and the 2280 specification has four capacities 32/ 64/ 128/ 256GB available for selection.
