¿desabilitando las cookies en todos los sitios menos los que te interesan reduce el spam en tu correo?

que relacion tiene una cosa con la otra porque no la veo por ningun lado :-?
Es muy sencillo, algunas páginas rastrean las cookies en busca de direcciones de correo, si no le das permiso para ello... es obvio.

Y como quieras pensarlo, si, es así, desde que lo hago de esa forma, el spam se me ha reducido una barbaridad.

No obstante, es un bug que esta ahí desde la 10.50 sin arreglar, a pesar de los comentarios que han ido dejando, ni se han molestado.

Ya lo dije posts mas atrás, se están preocupando mas por batir records que de las cosas que también importan.

Que conste, Opera es mi navegador principal en los 3 S.O., me gusta y lo uso, que no haya mal entendidos.
pero las webs solo pueden acceder a las cookies de su propio dominio, a menos que tengas algun tipo de bug en el navegador o algo que permita que esto no sea asi.


el crawl de emails lo hacen simplemente escaneando webs y demas donde aparezca tu email, perfiles de foros, blogs, etc. que aun teninendo cosas como el "adaNOSPAM@pepito" o "manolo(a)kjasjd" las detectan igual. por no hablar ya de las webs que venden tus datos sin saberlo a cambio de €€€€
Entonces es magia [+risas], de todas formas, me gusta seguir así, dando permisos de scripts, cookies y demás a las webs que yo quiera dárselas ... XD y con ese bug sencillamente no puedo. [triston]

Lo dicho, cuando arreglen eso, migro a Opera 10.5x o la que sea.
El bug de las cookies o les estará costando más de lo esperado y/o pretenden dar el salto con las versiones Linux y Mac directamente a la 10.51, con lo que hay una descompensación importante.

Pero vamos, que sí, que queda más que confirmado con esta 10.51 que querían meter a toda costa la 10.50 en la Ballot Screen.
Acabo de actualizar de 10.50 (que me iba perfecta) a 10.51 y algunas páginas no llegan a cargarse. He borrado la caché y cookies, he vuelto a iniciar Opera y me sigue ocurriendo; algunas cargan si lo vuelto a intentar y otras se quedan a mitad y actualizar no soluciona nada. Raaaaaro.
Por cierto, esto es lo que decía algunos post mas atrás referente al idioma.

Pues me ha picado el gusanillo al ver este hilo y he vuelto a probarlo (la última vez que usé Opera fué, quizás, hace más de 2 años).

Creo que de momento me voy a quedar con Opera.

¿Hay alguna forma de que los "widgets" no aparezcan en la barra de tareas?
¿Se puede quitar la barra de búsqueda? Estoy acostumbrado a usar la misma barra de direcciones y no le encuentro sentido ya..

Boton derecho-> personalizar-> eliminar

pero vamos yo no la quitaria porque puedes agregar buscadores de cualquier web, poner un traductor o lo que sea... no se, puedes moverla a la derecha del todo y dejarla pequeñita ^^

Si tienes una conexion normal, no lo actives, si tienes un modem de 56kb o una conexion 3G, o cosas asi pues bien XD pero esa es su utilidad, con conexion buena vas a navegar mas lento con el activado

Además, me he fijado que te vuelve a mostrar la maldita barra de título.

Pero vamos, yo antes era también (de mi época Firefox) de tener la barra de marcadores hasta los topes. Ahora me parece inútil; con SpeedDial, la barra de direcciones (busca en marcadores; aunque es cierto que no todo lo bien que debería) y si no Ctrl + B y en un momento lo he encontrado.

Uhm, ok. De todas maneras me acostumbro a esa barra, aunque también uso algo el speed dial. Pues creo que me voy a quedar con Opera, hay algunas webs que no funcionan correctamente con el pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

A mi me pasa igual, es muy buen navegador pero no me gusta el tema de los widgets quiero decir que si tuviese algo estilo plugins o addons como firefox o chrome estaria mejor en mi opinión.

Sí, he tenido ese problema. Debe tener algo que ver con la gestión de memoria, pues el archivo de paginación se disparaba cosa mala.
De todas formas, no me ha vuelto a ocurrir...

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable cookies globally in the prefs and clear your existing cookies.
2. Via site preferences, allow cookies for a site that requires cookies for a login (my.opera.com for example).
3. Try to log in to the site, and see it fail.

Expected results:

Site prefs should override the global cookie settings, and cookies should be accepted for this site.

Actual results:

The site prefs are not respected. No cookies are accepted.

es decir, ¿no sera que el funcionamiento anterior estaba bugged y ahora es como deberia ser? aunque esto no quite que a algunos las pre 10.5 les hiciera lo que ellos deseaban :m

Es que dicha función se trata de eso, denegar las cookies, todas, excepto los sitios que yo quiera, algo similar al CSlite de firefox, y esa función es la que lleva "rota" desde la 10.51. :-|
Me imaginaba que la integración del SO iría más o menos por ese camino (tomar el color del tema escogido). Aquí usando otro tema:

Otro bug que (no he vuelto a probar; puede que tenga que ver con el Adobe) lleva bastante tiempo es el que sucede cuando recargas o cierras una pestaña de un PDF. (Peta)
a mi lo de los pdf me pasa frecuentemente desde hara 3 o 4 builds :/

personalmente creo que deberian adoptar la arquitectura por threads separados del Chrome, que pete un plugin, que pete una pestaña, pero no el resto!!

esto + la inexistencia total de plugins es lo unico que me desagrada de Opera.
Me tiene bastante asqueado este Opera, uso la última build y cada día me peta el navegador, tengo una media de 20+ pestañas abiertas, como siempre pero ahora cada 2 x 3, peta y se reinicia. Luego de vez en cuando cuando entra a la página del AS, se me queda tonto el navegador, es decir, puedo cambiar de pestañas, pero ya no puedo abrir nuevas, recargar ni nada, y tengo que cerrarlo, no sé si es porque actualice directamente de la 10.10 y no era una instalación limpia o que, pero la .10 no me petaba nunca, esta constantemente y me da un palazo pasar todas las contraseñas de nuevo para hacer una instalación limpia o bien volver a la .10.

Ami me daba algun problema cuando salio, pero era porque la habia reinstalado en la vieja que llevaba meses y meses, borre TODO y hice una instalacion limpia 100% y no me dio ni un solo problema

Antes de tener el Opera 10.51, en las versiones anteriores, cuando escribia la direccion de una pagina web sin las www ni con la terminacion (.es,.com,...) me lo completaba automaticamente. Ahora, en esta version, lo que hace es que me lo busca en google sin poner la "g" delante... Tengo activado lo de "completar nombre del servidor" y no me funciona. ¿Alguien sabe a que se debe?

Ok, por si acaso XD tampoco es critico pero molesta un poco.

Bueno, después de trastear con el script de inicio que estaba mal, estoy probando por encima un poco, primeras impresiones:

1. Si, se integra con KDE aunque de forma parcial, de todas formas lo dicen claro. Los controles y demás perfecto, los menús aun los veo GTK like, esperemos que se lo curren mas.

2. El bug de las cookies ""parece"" que se ha ido, y digo ""parece"", ya veremos si no aparece de nuevo.

3. Las fuentes se ven algo mas feas que con la 10.10, cuestión de intentar tunear un poco.

4. Los carácteres japos siguen sin aparecer bien.

Decir que estoy desde un perfil limpio e impoluto, no me atrevo aun a importar cosas, voy a configurarlo todo a mi gusto y estar probando todo lo que pueda.

EDIT: parece que todo funciona medianamente bien pero me vuelvo a la 10.10, las fuentes sin antialiasing, dentadas y horribles hace que me duelan los ojos, espero a que lo afinen mas.
