Support the new Wiimote (RVL-CNT-01-TR)
Turns out we should've been using data reports on the data connection all along, instead of SET REPORT commands. But we were relying on the HID-specified ACKs that come with SET REPORT. Instead, use the Wiimote proprietary ACK reports (flag 0x02).
Also, call things by their real name in bte.c.
