Midway and Epic Games reveal new images of Unreal Tournament 2007, currently under development on PC and PlayStation 3. One does not know too much still what will contain this edition 2007 but within sight of these images in-game, the play is announced quite simply splendid. Unreal Tournament 2007 is awaited on PC in 2006, no date was not still indicated for the version PlayStation 3.

Epic has given direct hints to journalists although have no "official" comment. Why NDA with Sony. But Epic has said that UT2007 will show up on "next generation consoleS". http://previews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/1108/Unreal-...

This was discussed a long time ago on B3D when there were some hints to paper mags as well, anyhow IGN has it listed as a game coming to the 360 and even has it in a preview in their: Every 360 Game" article. http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/625/625795p9.html

With the publisher stating it is coming to consoles and the lack of "exclusive" --which MS has with Gears of War and Epic and MS have been very vocal about that -- it is pretty easy to come to that conclusion. Lets count the next gen consoles: PS3, Xbox 360, Rev. Epic does NOT have a Rev kit and has no intention of making games on it.

So that leaves PS3 and Xbox 360. 2 is the minimum for "consoles".

BUT, until it is OFFICIALLY confirmed on Xbox 360, then I will believe it is a PS3 exclusive..


Mark Rein spoke about UT2007 as though it was coming out for XBox 360 during the 1up show about 360 Zero Hour.

Epic confirmed that indeed the new Unreal Tournament game will be released first on PC and down the road on next-generation consoles. The appearance by Tim Sweeney at the Sony press briefing and the Unreal Engine 3 real-time demo shown on stage suggested that Unreal Tournament 2007 will eventually launch on the Grill, errrr, sorry, PlayStation 3. Considering Epic Games’ relationship with Microsoft and the Xbox, we also expect the game to arrive on the Xbox 360.
Entonces sale o no para 360,es que me hace gracia por que es uno de los juegos que gastan para propagandear la potencia de la ps3 y resulta que tambien estaria para 360,me suena a lo mismo que el killing day y el de boxeo...
Pues ami no me entusiasma demasiado... Vamos, que asi tal cual no me llama mucho... Todo sera verlo en movimiento :/...

No decian que con este iban a revolucionar el genero de los FPS??... [qmparto]
