A un amigo tambien le pasó, le envio escaneado un recibo del banco para que comprobaran la cuenta y listos.
Lo hacen como medida de seguridad cuando detectan algo "extraño", en el caso de mi amigo se confundio varias veces con el tipo de tarjeta,...visa,mastercard,electron....
